Cost Plus with Incentive
Horizzon's Cost-Plus-Incentive contract allows for an initially negotiated fee to be adjusted later using a formula based on the relationship between total allowable costs and your total target costs. This approach offers a model for risk sharing between the client and the service provider.

Blended Model
While Horizzon's developers are located in one of our secure offshore development centers, some company representatives work at the client's site. This on-site staff is responsible for analyzing the requirements for your project, creating specifications, planning, initial design and interacting with you.
